What do I need to get started using Lifter Elements?

In this article:

There are a few plugins required for Lifter Elements to run properly. You don't have to know how to develop or write code to get started. If you know how to use WordPress, and how to copy and paste, you can start using Lifter Elements right away!

Here are the required plugins for Lifter Elements:

LifterLMS

LifterLMS is a powerful WordPress LMS plugin that makes it easy to create, sell, and protect engaging online courses and training based membership websites. You are able to use the free version of LifterLMS with Lifter Elements, however, we recommend taking a look at some of the premium add-ons to give you more flexibility.

Note

We will be updating our documentation with a list of how Lifter Elements works together with each LifterLMS paid add-on.

Elementor

Similar to LifterLMS, you are able to use the free version of Elementor, however, there are two widgets that will not function properly due to being dependent on the carousel widget from Elementor Pro and you'll miss out on the Theme Builder which is the way our plugin is meant to be used. We recommend using Elementor Pro.

The two widgets that are dependent on Elementor Pro are:

Lifter Elements

Lifter Elements brings the power of Elementor’s visual editor and theme builder to your LifterLMS courses. There are several licenses available for Lifter Elements.
